|Review||NOLA's Brown Ale is very dark brown (actually red in the sunlight) with a creamy and slight head. Carbonation is minimal. This ale has a stark, sharp, somewhat vegetable aroma. The taste is bitter, but only to a certain extent, rather mild, and even has coffee hints. Mouthfeel is watery and surprisingly light. Overall, I rate this excellent.
