Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (Bottle)
	Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Note: the bottle is a different recipe than the draft version.

Review	Appearance: Light golden amber. Almost clear. Litlle white head and some laces. Aroma / Smell: Fruity and fresh. Citrus. Taste: Little sweetness. Fruity citrus and well balanced bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium to full body. Lasting bitterness and easy drinkable. Overall: Again a salute to US for their splented Pale Ales. These beers I simply love. This one is almost up there with Flying Dog. ----------------------------------------------------------- New review 30/09/2009 as part of the monthly beerswarm: Appearance: Little hazy orange. Some sediments. Big nice head lasting a little while. Laces stays all the way. Aroma / Smell: Lovely floral hops. Destinct fresh citrus and maybe a little malt. Taste: Again lovely citrus, spices, fruit and hops. Mouthfeel: Medium to full body. Hops bitterness last forever. Little acid, and no alcohol to speak of. Soft to the tongue and powerfull in the aftertaste. Overall: Extremly nice beer. I love US for making these beers as in m.h.o. is some of the best in the world.
