| Review | Genesee Ice has a medium-to-thick, off-white head, a clear, bubbly, deep golden appearance, and a lot of lacing left behind. The aroma is of faint, semi-sweet grain husks, and the flavor is of sweet malt and grain (corn, most likely), and biscuit, with a shade of hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is light to medium, and Genesee Ice finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, mostly dry, and very drinkable. This beer had a lot of body, and is remarkably smooth. I rate it 3 stars (very fine). VIDEO REVIEW: -Website Link- |
