|Review||Beerlao has a thick, white head, an initially clear, yellow-golden appearance (which, when one swishes and pours out the bottom third, has lots of little brown flecks floating about), with streaming bubbles and a bit of lacing down the glass. The aroma is of sweet, mild barley malt, and the taste is of sweetness, some sourness, sugar, malt, cracker, paper, grain husk, alcohol, and a touch of hop bitterness to balance it. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and the finish is crisp, clean, refreshing, and highly drinkable. Overall, this is a very good beer, and I rate it 3 stars (very fine).
