|Highland Kashmir IPA|
|A full-bodied India Pale Ale. This beer is golden in color with a moderate malty character with full hop flavor true to the classic ale that has traveled on sailing ships from England to India. Bold and brazen. ABV 6.0%|

|Review||Served from 12 oz bottle in Newcastle Schooner glass.
Pours with about 3/4" head that lingers leaving some lacing on the glass.
Appearance: clear, golden appearance
Aroma: mild floral hops
Mouthfeel: medium, slightly sticky
Flavor: somewhat citrusy hop bitterness initially and a dry bitterness at the end with a sweet caramel malt flavor in between
Overall: I am by no means a 'hop head' so I tend to be shy with IPA's but Kashmir IPA is quite drinkable. It is nicely balanced and not over the top (the same can be said for all of Highland beers-- I may post more reviews at a later date). Very enjoyable and I have bought this in 6 packs several times.
