|Ommegang Witte, a traditional Belgian-style wheat ale with whispers of sweet orange and a touch of tart lemon. Soft and seductive, Ommegang Witte is this summer's version of spicy intrigue and refreshing flavor. ABV 5.1%.|

My first. Purchased in Florida, not available in Louisiana at this time. I’ve really enjoyed all of Ommegangs brews, hopefully they come to Louisiana soon!
From a beautiful cork and caged 1 pt. 9.4 fl. Oz. bottle, this one poured a hazy golden with a huge white head that left wispy lacing. Lots of bubbles. Light nose of grain, bubblegum and banana. It has a very light body with light carbonation. Taste is mostly grain, light hops, fruits and is slightly sweet. Finish is clean, slightly watery and bitter. Overall a nice wheat, but not as good as their other offerings. I thought is was lacking some in flavor. Still a very drinkable brew. I’ll give it 3 stars, Very Fine.
