Tuatara Bohemian Pilsner
Overall Rating
The pilsner is brewed to a classic European recipe using 100% New Zealand malt and Saaz hops. This gives it a traditional hop bitterness, flavour and aroma of a true pilsner. An authentic Czech pilsner yeast was selected for its ability to ferment at very low temperatures to produce low levels of esters and other by-products while enhancing the malt perception and allowing the clean crisp bitterness to show in the foreground. A full strength beer. ABV 5%
