how many of you use a secondary?
my brother swears upon using a secondary. i have for my first 2 batches, but i think it just may be overkill. my first batch i ended up with 6 gallons of wort, i fermented the extra gallon in a grow...

leg of lamb and muscidine wine (yeau i know.. it aint beer but...)



just bout half a glass drizzled over the top of that leg of lamb will give it such a sweet taste. it's hard to enhance the flavor of lamb anymore, but that muscidine wine was somethin special on that...

my beer gargoyles are pretty cool.. i got one on the deck outside and one in the kitchen. they're not very mobile... i use a bic lighter when i'm on the run.
