TBIM, i was a huge fan of spanish peeks american ale (an apa), but the last 12 or so i've had have had an off flavor close to like a yeasty bandaid...but when i had it in it's prime, it knocked snpa out of the water! I hope it is just a distributing problem (poor storing) but i have not seen it lately. If you see it and havent had it, give it a try, but it may taste a bit off. If not, it is an incredible apa!

Lately i've had some troeg's nugget nectar, some sam adams longshot grape apa and weizenbock, AB amber wheat ale, sn 2008 bigfoot, abita amber and turbodog, and admittingly even some natty ice (this is my confession and i'm not really proud of it...but not too ashamed either).

Haven't seen the apa yet, but all I've had so far have been good! I'll look for it. Wish I could try the nectar! Try the cask at Abita Brew Pub, it's awesome!
