If you were told you could only drink beer from one brewery for the rest of your life, who would it be and why?

I would pick them because of their enormous selection of beer. They have great seasonals and year round brews, most of them very drinkable. They're always experimenting with new or forgotten styles. I don't think many breweries can say this. I don't think they get the credit they deserve. [ Edited Sat Jul 14 2012, 01:17PM ]

I have yet to have a beer from them that I did not enjoy. I call them my "Desert Island" brewery -- in other words, if I was stranded on an island and could only have one brewery, they would be my choice. http://www.highlandbrewing.com/
