We use Belgian ale yeast and season the beer with traditional Belgian spices like orange peel (two different kinds), coriander and non-traditional Washington State organic lavender. It is light, refreshing, fruity and delicious. ![]() Pike Saison Houblon was released a few weeks ago. It is a Belgian or French style Farmhouse Ale, brewed with Yakima Valley houblon (French for hops). The flavor profile balances spicy yeast, spicy hops, and liquid bread. | ||
